Botox and dermal filler treatments offer quick, effective and natural-looking results. However, maintaining these results requires specific aftercare and lifestyle adjustments to extend their longevity.
Botox: Typically lasts 3-4 months. Maximum results are visible after the initial treatment and follow-up session 2 weeks later.
Dermal Fillers: Longevity depends on the type. Hyaluronic acid fillers last 6-12 months, while semi-permanent fillers can last 12-18 months.
These timeframes vary based on individual metabolism, skin type and lifestyle.
Why? UV rays break down hyaluronic acid, reducing filler effectiveness. They also negatively impact botox results.
